NGO Statement before Committee on Economic, Social and Cultrual Rights, the Netherlands 2017

NGO Statement before the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultrual Rights for the review of the Netherlands on 29 May 2017.

This statement is delivered by the International Commission of Jurists on behalf of the NJCM, the Dutch section of the ICJ, and 18 other Dutch NGOs that submmited a Joint Parellel Report to this Committee in October 2016, and an Addendum in May 2017. Both reports should be read in conjuction with each other, and are meant to inform this session.
